I help people build those plans and they're very helpful. However, very rarely does everything go perfectly and according to plan. The truth of the matter is that just as important as plans are, there's also a need for secondary plans and mitigation strategies. Here's what I mean.
I've been on a journey. For 31 straight weeks, 217 days, I've done some sort of outdoor cardio. Some days it was a run. Some days it was a walk. Some days it was a ruck.
